These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Liberty Classroom LLC. By creating an account, making a purchase, accessing a membership, or using Access Hub at https://access.tomwoods.com, you agree to these terms.

Accounts And Access
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate account and billing information and to keep it current.

Purchases, Subscriptions, And Billing

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liberty Classroom LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
